I have always had nothing but good luck with Cranberry Market, and I won't hesitate to use CB again in the future. This experience was not the greatest, due in large part to restrictions imposed by the virus. I thought the communication was lacking on how/when to pick up the flowers. When I thought I wasn't going to have flowers, I actually went and picked up other flowers from a florist at an additional cost to myself of $70. Again, I won't hesitate to come back. Better communication was all we needed. The flowers, as always, were BEAUTIFUL!

Yes, I remember this order very specifically on Mother's day weekend and I agree our phones crossed paths a few times. Sorry you felt you needed to go to another florist. Wished we would have known that and would have given you a refund. We appreciate your feedback and we'll use it to make us even better at customer service.

I ordered a rose bouquet for my girlfriend living a couple states away. I’ve always had bad experiences with florists but these guys are top knotch! 10/10 the card was hand written in beautiful cursive and fresh flowers in the quality vase

The flowers from full bloom are always fresh. The arrangements are full of flowers and well worth the price. The staff and delivery folks are very friendly and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with their product and service.

As always, my flowers were received fresh, very colorful and the arrangements are always extraordinary. I really appreciate being notified ahead of time that the flowers are being delivered. The delivery persons have always been friendly and cheery. It is always a great pleasure to get flowers from your store and my husband brags about the ease of looking and ordering from your internet.

The arrangement was even more gorgeous than the selection we ordered online. Bonnie Morse told us the gladiolus were still blooming and roses perfect even a week after the funeral. I couldn’t ant imagine any part of your service being better than it was. Definitely a 5 star experience. Thank You!

I got two arrangements and the are just beautiful! Cranberry Market is the only florist who has ever delivered roses that open completely after delivery. It's just amazing hoe big the roses are after the open. They are just beautiful!
